Noel Sr., President of Tara Financial Group, Inc. holds the
professional designation of Certified Financial Planner and is approved by
the college of Financial Planning and its Board of Trustees to use the
marks CFP. He entered the financial services industry in 1974 and,
in 1988 formed Tara Financial Group, Inc. He has been the recipient
of numerous industry awards. He and his wife of over 30 years,
Duffie, have two children and five grandchildren. Noel serves as a
Deacon of his church, where he has been a member for the past 30
years.
